If you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

1. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

2. Items must not have been used or installed.

3. Items must be returned with their original tags and labels attached.

4. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization number. Returns received without a return authorization number will not be accepted. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.

If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that some items may be subject to availability.

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase. It can take 7-10 business days for your bank to put the funds back into your account. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
